The Beach Shack
Where the surf meets the scent of woodfire. The day’s catch chosen by you, grilled by us, served on the sand as the light turns amber and the music begins. More than a restaurant — the soul of Ciarans.
Three moments. One shore.

We'll grill the rest.
Every morning, our fishermen arrive from Palolem’s shoreline with the day’s catch — kingfish, pomfret, red snapper, tiger prawns, calamari, and lobster in season. We lay them out. You choose. We cook them over open woodfire with Goan spices, the way this coast has always done it.
No frozen stock. No menu that stays the same. The freshest fish in South Goa, prepared simply and honestly — exactly as it should be.
─ Direct from Palolem’s morning fishing boats
─ Grilled over coconut shell woodfire
─ Kingfish · Pomfret · Snapper · Prawns · Lobster
─ Private candlelit dinners on the sand
─ Goan masala · butter garlic · lemon herbs · recheado
─ Daily catch displayed — choose before 6 PM
A taste of what awaits.
