Where the ocean's legends reside.
Our Portuguese-heritage villa is being reimagined as three individual ocean suites — the most exclusive accommodation at Ciarens. Named for the myths and deities of the sea, each is a legend given form. The Sereia Presidential Suite crowns the first floor; Leviathan and Poseidon occupy the ground floor.

Two heritage suites of 727 square feet each, on the ground floor. Leviathan — the mythical ocean giant, with whale motifs, ancient sea charts, and gold-foil detailing. Poseidon — the ocean deity, with trident motifs and waves rendered as architecture.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out available on request, subject to availability. A chilled welcome drink will be waiting when you arrive — we’ll have your room prepared.
PARKING
We do not have private on-site parking. Secure paid parking is available directly behind the property at approximately ₹100–150 per night. Many guests prefer to rent a scooter for the stay — easy access to Palolem and surrounds. We can arrange this for you.
PETS & ANIMALS ON PROPERTY
Ciarens is home to friendly dogs. If you’re an animal lover, you’ll be in excellent company. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please let us know at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements to ensure your comfort.
CHILDREN & FAMILIES
Families are warmly welcome. Palolem’s calm, swimmable beach is safe and ideal for children. Our Portuguese Villa suites (Phase 2) will be especially suited to family stays. Please mention children’s ages when enquiring so we can prepare accordingly.
AIRPORT & STATION TRANSFERS
We arrange private transfers from Goa International Airport (Dabolim, 90 min) and Canacona Railway Station (10 min). Mention your travel details at the time of booking. Airport transfer is complimentary for 7+ night stays.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund up to 7 days before arrival. 50% refund for cancellations 3–7 days prior. No refund within 3 days of arrival. We understand that travel plans change — contact us directly for special circumstances and we will always do our best.
